Guideline: The ultimate guide to buying tickets on Ticketmaster
The ultimate guide to buying tickets on Ticketmaster
In today's digital age, scoring tickets to your favorite concerts, sports events, or theater performances has never been more complex. While Ticketmaster remains one of the most popular platforms for purchasing tickets, many fans find the process frustrating and challenging and have called it a real battle. The question arises: why is it so hard to get tickets?
Several factors contribute to the difficulty of getting tickets through Ticketmaster; such as the high demand events that attract millions of fans worldwide or the rise of automated bots or scalpers that leave genuine fans without tickets.
And even though there's no actual way of fixing these problems, there's many tips that can help you on surviving the great war, and today i'll be explaining some of them that have worked for me in the past as someone who has successfully gotten tickets for Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Olivia Rodrigo and Taylor Swift not only once but twice.
Before the sale be sure to…
Be already signed up on Ticketmaster: even though this seems like an obvious tip, it's very important to have an account on Ticketmaster at least one day before the tickets go on sale, not only to be ready for the sale but to get to know how the website works. This actually leads up to the next tip.
Register your card information in advance: if you already have your card information inputted in Ticketmaster’s website then you're going to have the easiest time getting tickets, you're basically three clicks away from getting them. But how do I input it?
It's easy, once you have signed in you click on “Your account” and it should appear “Payment options” or “Billing information”, fill it out and you're done!Taken from the website.

Be aware of every detail about the prices and seating and establish a budget: there’s many pages that publish estimates of what the actual pricing is going to look like, of course this’ll depend on the artist you're seeing, the venue and the seating (whether you’d like a seat closer to the stage or farther, the price will vary from higher to lower respectively). That's why having a budget is so important, so you don't surpass it and surprise yourself with 80 bucks extra on fees!
If there’s any fan presale, sign up for it!: this either can be super helpful or super stressful, but if you actually get a presale code, the chances of getting tickets are higher becauseAn email of a presale code,

there’s not as many people on the presale as in the general sale. So, keep an eye open for this opportunity.
The day of the sale…
Be connected to a great wifi connection. Thousands of people are on the same website at the same time. Having a good internet can reduce the chances of the website lagging or slowing down.
Join the lobby at least 30 minutes before the sale. I would recommend an hour beforehand since it's what has worked for me. While waiting in the lobby you're basically doing a queue line for the sale, so the earlier you arrive at the lobby the best place you'll get. Next you’ll be sent to the waiting room, be sure to not refresh your screen from this point on.

Once there’s 10 people in front of you in the queue, buckle down and concentrate. If you were sent a fan presale or membership code, have it ready to write it once you are sent to the seating map to select your seats, once you get them be quick to lock them, fill out the missing information and congratulations, let the anticipation begin!
